Yovani Rodarte: Hi, my name is Yovani Rodarte, I'm a professional boxer from Los Angeles and I highly recommend my strength & conditioning coach Erick Avila to anyone who is looking to stay fit & healthy. Before I started with him, I had trouble balancing myself whenever I threw a punch and when I started with him, he had me working on my balance and footwork and in weeks, I started to feel comfortable & confident because I was now able to throw as many punches as I want and move faster. He helps me improve my lower as well upper body strength, which is important in boxing. Every workout that he gives me is key to what I need to do, to become a better boxer than I was before.
Julian Rodarte: Hello, my name is Julian Rodarte, I'm a professional boxer from Los Angeles, California and the twin brother of Yovani Rodarte. I train six days a week, and throughout the six days my trainer, Erick Avila helps me with my strength & conditioning. Before I started strength & conditioning, I had concerns about my power. Every punch I threw just didn't seem the way I wanted them to be. When I started weights and conditioning with coach Erick Avila, I noticed a difference in my power. To improve my power, he had me working on exercises such as doing deadlifts, pull-ups, push-ups, kettle-bell, and medicine ball drills but with a unique style of training because it's all boxing related workouts. Every day I know i am improving my weaknesses whenever I train & spar because I am doing the drills that help me to be a good boxer.

Eddie "The Monster' De La Huerta: I first started working with Erick Avila as my strength and conditioning coach in January, 2015. At the time we started training, mainly my footwork, balance and head movement wasn't as great. Erick and I started working on drills to improve everything I was slacking on, and strengthening what I was already good at. In a matter of months, I started feeling and performing like a whole different athlete. Thanks to his knowledge, I feel unstoppable and more of a well-rounded fighter. I'm looking forward to keep improving with his work!
