Bio

Hi, I’m Erick Avila. I doubled majored in Exercise Science and Nutrition Science at Cal State Los Angeles. I have experience with sports nutrition, having worked with professional and olympic atheltes, clinical nutrition, and dietary supplement nutraceuticals. My training methods have been featured on various prominent fitness magazines and websites.  I started this site as a way to reach more clients and share more information.  I'm based in the Los Angeles/Orange County area but I wanted a forum to provide online nutrition consultations and training program templates to anyone in the world that might be interested.  

My mission is to share cutting edge information about nutrition and exercise that can be used to increase sports performance, improve clinical biomarkers (glucose, cholesterol levels, etc.), and help anyone interested in improving their well being.
